60 Seconds To Better Parenting: Raising Resilient Kids

Kids don't come with an instruction manual, but there are a number of basic principles you can keep in mind to help build their self-esteem, self-confidence and resilience. Best of all, these principles are not complicated. In the following audio segments, Dr. Robert Brooks and Dr. Sam Goldstein describe some of these principles and how to put them into practice.

Based on The Raising Resilient Children Syndicated Minute.

  1. The Toolbox of Resilience

Resilience helps children overcome the problems they face.

  2. What is Resilience?

  3. Dealing With Mistakes

  4. Through the Eyes of Our Children
